In initial period, we known as Tina Beauty Make up & Grooming undertook all types of make-up show, fashion show, bridal make-up modeling, modeling artists and MTV. The current branding was finally setup in year 2003. We constantly producing experience make-up designer for fashion industry, providing intensive training course for several cosmetic, beauty and saloon companies. Beside corporate with the industry in overall image course, we organize personal overall image training with some model agent companies.  Perfection always emphasizing the concept which synchronization with international fashion trend. Therefore, we involving clothing, decoration, foot wear and accessories as well to make sure we keep on the track of professional overall make up and reshaping industry.

Perfection creative director as well as the principal guidance, Miss Tina Soh, with numerous years of experience in overall makeup of professional modeling, gathering hundreds of gorgeous brides and well-known artists proud performance and create the new overall shaping concept in the 21st century. Under Miss Tina’s guidance, make-up designers won tremendous award from local to international levels. It shows their talented performance as well as the acknowledgement that received by the academic. Winning in Malaysian International Make-up Competition in year 2005 and 2006 shows our excellent achievement.  Malaysian Creative Make-up Competition in 2005 and South Peninsular Malaysia Make-up Rookies Competition 2006 further proof our commitment in the teaching.

Besides, we provide one stop care therapy services includes, beauty, hair, cosmetology, slim, make-up, health-spa, body paint, massage, and nail art service.

完美主义彩妆美学专院有限公司成立于2001年，初期取名为蒂娜彩妆与造型工作室承接各类型彩妆秀、服装秀、新娘彩妆造型、艺人造型、MTV等，并于2003年正式成立完美主义彩妆美学专院有限公司，每年不断培育彩妆造型师投入时尚工作，同时并为多家美容，美发沙龙店及彩妆专柜人员作培训，并与相关机构合作培训整体造型课程及模特儿经纪公司个人整体造型培训。完美主义强调与国际时尚同步，为了塑造全方位整体彩妆造型师，近年来更加入服装、饰品、鞋子及配件，完整的将全方位整体造型发挥得淋漓尽至，让完美主义与全方位整体彩妆造型画上了等号。

完美主义创意总监兼首席指导苏金治老师（MS TINA SOH），以多年专业整体化妆造型工作经验，集合数百位新娘与知名艺人美丽的傲人实绩，再创21世纪整体造型新观念。苏金治老师所培训的彩妆造型师们近几年来在国内外高水平的化妆比赛中频频获奖，不仅是彩妆造型师们个人卓越表现的肯定，也意味了完美主义在培训新一代优秀化妆师方面的教学方针及素质上获得认同。完美主义彩妆造型师们所赢取的冠军奖项包括：2005年－马来西亚国际化妆大赛及大马创意彩妆新秀大赛；2006年－南马区创意彩妆新秀大赛及马来西亚国际化妆大赛。此外，完美主义彩妆造型师们也赢取了多项比赛中的亚军、季军、最佳创意奖及优秀奖等等。
